X(1), X(5889) A', B', C' reflections of H in the sidelines intersections of the altitudes and the Brocard line second intersections of the Kiepert hyperbola with the cevian lines of O 

K158 is the only isogonal pK having its asymptotes parallel to the cevian lines of O = X(3). See also CL009 and K157. Its pivot is P158 = X(5889) such that : OP158 = (3 + 8 cosA cosB cosC) OX(54) (vectors)
