X(3), X(4), X(381) F1, F2 : foci of the Steiner inellipse, see also Table 48. Infinite points of the McCay cubic 

K358 is the unique equilateral circumcubic passing through the four foci of the Steiner inellipse. It has three real asymptotes parallel to those of the McCay cubic and concurring at X = X(3545) (not on the curve) defined by OX = 5/9 OH. X is the harmonic conjugate of X(376) with respect to G and H. In other words, K358 is a circumstelloid with radial center X. It meets the circumcircle at the same points as pK(X6, X381) where X(381) is the midpoint of GH. K358 is spK(X3, X2) as in CL055.
